Snapshot voting power calculations

Polls and Bounties on Clarity use a Snapshot Voting Power calculation to determine the weight of an Organization member's vote.

Snapshot Voting Power is calculated from the number of Snapshot Governance Assets a user holds in their wallet.

GT: The set of Snapshot Governance Assets the Organization has configured

TokensHeld: The number of this Snapshot Governance Asset the member holds

Scale: The scale set by the Organization. If linear, Scale=1. If quadratic, Scale=1/2

Weight: The weight set by the Organization
