# Approving Pending Governance Items

If your Organization chooses to require Admin users to approve Snapshot Governance Action before sending them to a community wide vote, there will be a 'Pending Governance Items' widget on your Admin page.

To read the Snapshot Governance Action, click on it from this list.

If a Snapshot Governance Action is good to be approved for a community-wide vote, click 'Approve' and sign the message.  You can also approve a pending Snapshot Governance Action from the top of the Poll/Bounty's page.
