# Badge Member Actions

Some restricted actions can be taken by Organization Members if they hold a badge that gives them the relevant permission. All of these actions are also available to Admins.

1. Creating/Managing Snapshot Governance Actions
2. Approving Pending Snapshot Governance Actions
3. Updating Governance Settings
4. Managing Membership Workflow & Configuring Permissions
5. Updating Organization Information
6. Launching an Agora DAO for an Organization
